Description:

LinkBuilder is a program to convert text files to html format. If a document has numbered sections, it will create a hyperlinked table of contents. Web links are automatically converted to hyperlinks. Users can select and save font size, color, background, text margins and alignment settings. If Detect Headings option is selected, the program will try to detect headings in the text.
